Our business location doors are locked at all times while our therapists are in massage sessions. Please understand that we're not available for walk ins or walk in gift certificate purchases at all times. **ALL CANCELLATIONS or SCHEDULE CHANGES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A 24 HOUR NOTICE. In the event of no-show or appointment change less than 24 hr. in advance, your credit card on file WILL BE CHARGED FOR 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE PRICE to compensate your therapist for their time. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE. We are a small business and strive to provide our clients with the highest quality services at affordable prices. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Providing us with 24 hr. notice allows us to fill that time slot with another appointment so we can continue to offer all of our clients flexible scheduling options and low prices. We understand that late cancellation due to emergency OR illness may happen, and this generally will not result in any missed session charges. This is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation. Thank you for your cooperation, WE APPRECIATE IT!!!

We are committed to the health and safety of our staff and clients. New safety, sanitation and service protocols have been implemented. Here is what you need to know:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment if you are a first-time client. When you do arrive, come on inside if the doors are unlocked. If they are locked the therapist is still with a client, cleaning/sanitizing, or still setting up the room for you. Feel free to text your therapist to let them know you are there, the LMT phone #'s are on the door. ALL DOOR SIGNS WILL SAY OPEN AND DOORS WILL REMAIN LOCKED AT ALL TIMES if the therapist is not yet ready for you to come inside.
As a courtesy to everyone, please silence your cell phone and keep noise to a minimum.
***HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR SESSION***
NO ONLINE PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME
- If you are scheduling and you have a printed gift certificate, with NO CODE on it, all you need to do is schedule the service on the certificate and bring the paper gift certificate in with you at the time of your scheduled appointment. You will be required to enter credit card info, but your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED. If you have a CODE on your gift certificate, choose the button at the top of the scheduler that says REDEEM PACKAGE OR GIFT CERTIFICATE or add the code at the end of scheduling in the redeem code section at checkout. (if there happens to be a remaining cost after you redeemed gift cert in the code section, just ignore it and click pay later for that balance) If you purchased gift certificates OVER THE PHONE or for BLACK FRIDAY then your gift certs are registered in our office ledger. We will cash that in for you at the date of your scheduled service. If you want to pay with cash, check or credit in store at the time of your appointment, please just schedule your appt. and pay when you come in. *IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CODES, JUST SCHEDULE WITHOUT A CODE ON IT AND BRING IN THE CERTIFICATE TO YOUR MASSAGE SESSION.
**CREDIT CARD ON FILE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SCHEDULING. All clients will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% of the cost of the scheduled service when it is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice. This is our CANCELLATION POLICY as stated above.
